1. About Us
Optimal Staff Recruitment is a licensed recruitment agency registered in Bulgaria at Atanas Manchev 2, Sungurlare. We are licensed by the Employment Agency of the Republic of Bulgaria and a member of the World Employment Confederation Europe. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of optimalstaff.eu and any recruitment services we provide. Using our website or engaging our services means you accept these terms.
2. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- Use the site in any way that breaches applicable Bulgarian or EU law
- Transmit unsolicited commercial communications through any contact form
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems
- Reproduce, copy or distribute any website content without prior written permission
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the site at any time without notice.
3. Our Recruitment Services
Optimal Staff Recruitment provides end-to-end recruitment and workforce placement services across the European Union, specialising in agriculture, food processing, hospitality, logistics and skilled trades. We act as an intermediary between employers and workers. We are not the employer of record for placed workers unless explicitly agreed in a separate written agreement.
4. For Employers
By engaging Optimal Staff Recruitment to source workers, employers agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information about each vacancy, including working conditions, pay, hours, location and any accommodation arrangements
- Treat all introduced workers in full compliance with the labour laws of the relevant destination country and applicable EU regulations
- Notify us promptly if a vacancy is filled, withdrawn or materially changed
- Not contact, engage or re-hire any candidate introduced by Optimal Staff outside of the agreed placement terms without prior written agreement — a re-engagement fee may apply
- Pay agreed service fees in accordance with the terms set out in your individual service agreement with Optimal Staff
Fees, payment terms and cancellation conditions are specified in each employer's individual service agreement. These Terms and Conditions apply alongside, not in place of, that agreement.
5. For Candidates
Job seekers using our services agree to:
- Provide accurate information about work history, qualifications, certifications and availability — misrepresentation may result in immediate removal from our candidate pool
- Notify us promptly if your circumstances change in a way that affects your suitability for a role (availability, right to work, change of location)
- Engage professionally and honestly with employers introduced through our service
- Not submit fraudulent documents, falsified certifications or misrepresented identity at any stage
Our recruitment service is free for all candidates. We do not charge workers any fee at any stage of the process. If anyone claims to represent Optimal Staff and requests payment from a candidate, contact us immediately.
6. No Guarantee of Placement
Registering with Optimal Staff or submitting an application does not guarantee a job offer. We make introductions based on available vacancies and employer requirements at the time. The final hiring decision rests with the employer. We will always give candidates clear and honest feedback where possible.
7. CV Builder
The CV Builder is a free tool provided as a service to job seekers. By using it:
- You retain full ownership of the information you enter
- Data entered is used solely to generate your CV document during the session
- We do not store CV Builder data permanently unless you choose to submit your CV directly to us
- We are not responsible for how a downloaded CV is received, used or acted upon by any employer or third party once it leaves our system
- The tool is provided as-is — we do not guarantee any particular outcome from using it
8. Intellectual Property
All content on optimalstaff.eu — text, images, logos, graphics, layout and design — belongs to Optimal Staff Recruitment or its licensors. Nothing on this site grants you any licence or right to use our brand, trademarks or content. Reproducing or distributing website content without written permission is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
We take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of information on this website but do not warrant that content is complete, current or error-free at all times.
To the extent permitted by Bulgarian and EU law, Optimal Staff Recruitment is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our services — including loss of earnings, missed employment opportunities, or data loss. Our total liability to any party in connection with a specific placement shall not exceed the fees paid in relation to that placement.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
10. Third-Party Links
This website contains links to external sites including social media platforms. These links are provided for reference. We have no control over the content, availability or data practices of any third-party site and accept no responsibility for them.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through direct negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the competent Bulgarian courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under EU law or your right to use an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. For material changes, we will notify active candidates and employer contacts directly. Continued use of our website or services after any change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
